Modified Texture Diets

Level 4 - Pureed Diet Advice

For patients having difficulty biting, chewing and/or swallowing, coughing during or after eating and who have been advised to have a pureed diet
 

Level 5 - Minced and Moist Diet Advice

For patients having difficulty chewing and/or swallowing, coughing during or after eating and who have been advised to have a minced & moist diet

 

 

Level 6 - Soft and Bite Sized Diet Advice

For patients having difficulty with chewing and/or swallowing, who have been advised to have a soft & bite sized diet

 

 

Level 7 regular - Easy to Chew Diet Advice

For patients having difficulty chewing and/or swallowing hard foods, or if you prefer to choose soft foods or have been advised to have an Easy to Chew diet
