Being a healthy weight is important for a healthy life.  Leicestershire Nutrition and Dietetic Service can support you in making decisions around weight loss and provide you with up to date, accurate information.  Losing weight is about making changes to your lifestyle, what you eat, and what physical activity you do.  Remember that small lifestyle changes can add up to make a big difference.
